Another installment of who to watch out for:  the article that sleazy realtor posted below is designed to scare sellers into selling for way less so she can get her commission sooner.  Sleazebags like her are what drive down the real estate market.  If you see her or someone like her, run like hell.

  1. Looks like you are on target again Sleazy. My guess is the Sacramento realtor you mentioned tricked buyers into maxing out their credit to buy overpriced homes well beyond their means to drive up her commissions and is now acting surprised that the suckers she swindled are in foreclosure.
