Sacramento Home Buyers and Sellers Beware

Myself?  I'm in recovery and am no longer in the real estate business.  However as a public service I try to use my knowledge to protect home buyers and sellers in the Sacramento area.  Beware of realtors who troll for clients with blogs.  Go to a reputable realtor, not a blogger.
