Last month's increase was in the top 6 cities in the country. Why? Buyers are waiting until listing agreements run out so they can buy on a FSBO - for sale by owner - basis and NOT have to overpay and deal with unscrupulous realtors.

Doesn't that make you question why a blog troller from Sacramento realtor is crying the blues due to low sales? Could it have something to do with ethics or competency? Duh
Quit trolling for customers / victims on here. PAY FOR SOME ADVERTISING. Get a job flipping burgers since being a realtor isn't working out.

If you ever see this occuring anywhere, warn your friends to stay away from such a person. As a reformed realtor whose business practices might not have always been stellar, I know what to stay away from. Be warned.
